Does Host4Geeks offer refunds?

No, due to the intangible nature of our web hosting services, Host4Geeks does not offer any refunds on any of its services unless otherwise specifically stated in your service agreement with us. All services rendered by Host4Geeks are purely on a non-refundable basis.

Host4Geeks No-Refund Policy

1. No Money-Back Guarantee

Host4Geeks does not offer a money-back guarantee. This means that once you purchase a service, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction.

2. Service Commitments

When you sign up for any of Host4Geeks’ services, you are committing to the full term of the service you selected. This includes shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and any other additional services.

3. Domain Registrations and Additional Services

  • Domain Registrations: Fees for domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Add-ons and Extras: Additional services and add-ons purchased are also non-refundable.

4. Billing Cycles

  • Prepaid Services: All services provided by Host4Geeks are prepaid for the term selected by the customer. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
  • Automatic Renewals: Services may be set to auto-renew. It is your responsibility to cancel the auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue the service for the next term.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellation: You can cancel your services at any time through your Host4Geeks account. However, canceling a service does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining period.
  • Procedure:  To cancel a service, log in to your Host4Geeks account, navigate to the service you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

  • Disputes and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company without first contacting Host4Geeks can result in service suspension or termination and may incur additional fees.
