Post Incident Report - DDoS Attacks Starting 01/06/2016 03:12

Please find the PIR (Post Incident Report) related to the recent DDoS attacks against us, attached to this email below.

The pattern, aggressiveness and style of attack suggests that this is a well planned, funded and organaized attack towards us in an attempt to disrupt our services, cause client dissatisfaction and sabotage our reputation as a hosting provider. 

We are intensively monitoring the network traffic to ensure there is no recurrence & will do everything humanly possible to protect our clients.

It is unfortunate but DDOS attacks are common place across the industry and they do happen from time to time.  We will work with our partners to ensure that we are able to prevent such attacks in the future.
