Now, after a couple of days from the outage, we have decided to replace the Server with a completely new Server. This will not only make things better but also improve services as a whole. The new server was racked yesterday and we have spent an entire day setting it up and optimizing it for usage. This new server has received some important upgrades over the old server. First off, the network connection on this server is 1Gbps as compared to 100Mbps previously, which means you should experience faster network speeds. It also uses SSD drives for Storage Caching in addition to SATA drives for storage, the SSD Cache stores the most frequently accessed data and serves it at a much higher speeds than that done by standard SATA drives.

We will start the migration today itself.

What are the changes you need to do after the migration?

If you are on a shared hosting package you do not need to make any changes as the name servers are going to remain same.

For reseller accounts the name server IPs will differ. The new name server IPs are:

199.241.28.129

192.73.235.38

All resellers should update the IP of their Name servers once the migration has been completed. If you need any help in regards to this, feel free to open a ticket.

If your account has a dedicated IP assigned to it, please open a ticket from your client area and a new IP will be provided to you.
